Our Commitment

Cindy Ransom, LMFT is committed to ensuring that CindyRansomLMFT.com is accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What We Do

  • Use semantic HTML (<header>, <main>, <footer>, <nav>, <section>) for proper document structure
  • Provide meaningful alt text on all images
  • Ensure sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements
  • Support keyboard navigation throughout the site
  • Use ARIA labels where appropriate
  • Maintain a logical heading hierarchy
  • Design responsive layouts that work across devices and screen sizes

Known Limitations

We are continuously working to improve accessibility. Some areas we are aware of and actively addressing:

  • Third-party embeds (Tally quiz, Cal.com scheduling, Stripe checkout) may have their own accessibility limitations outside our direct control
  • Some older content may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria
