I help individuals, couples, and families work through anxiety, stress, OCD, and relationship challenges through focused, goal-oriented therapy. Most of my clients look like they have it together. They come to me because they know something isn't working and they're ready to actually do something about it.

My approach is collaborative and direct. We identify what's keeping you stuck, set clear goals, and build tools you can use right away. I specialize in brief therapy models because change doesn't have to take forever to start working.

I'm a bilingual Latina therapist, fluent in Spanish, and committed to creating a space where you can show up fully as yourself.
