What We're Creating

A room where women stop pretending they're fine.

The Stress Zodiac Collective is a mental wellness community for women who are done with hustle culture and toxic positivity. We help women understand their stress patterns and build tools that actually work with their nervous system, not against it.

This is our largest gathering yet: a full day of panel and group discussion, hands-on workshop activities where women discover their stress sign and the tools that support it, and connection built in on purpose.

Where: Pioneers, Lake Nona, FL
Who: 60–80 professional women interested in mental wellness, stress management, and community
Format: Workshop and panel style: learn your stress sign, work through hands-on activities, and connect with other women in the room. Lunch included.
Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (full activity breakdown to be finalized)

Discovery Tables

Come be discovered.

A Discovery Table is your seat in the room, where the women at this event actually get to meet you, hear your story, and remember you long after the day ends. Every Discovery Table is $500.

Space is limited on purpose. We keep these small and specific so every woman in the room has a real conversation, not a row of tables to walk past. Bring a small raffle item if you can, we'll announce it from the front of the room, it's a great way to draw women to your table.

Mental Health

If you're a licensed therapist, LMFT, or psychiatrist, we'd love for you to sit at the table and let this room get to know the person behind the practice, not just the credential. Bring your card, your story, and a raffle item if you'd like one announced during the event.

Wellness Experience

If you offer a self-care or hands-on wellness experience, breathwork, movement, bodywork, or you're a coach, organizer, or stress-relief provider with a moment you can lead, we want you guiding it, not standing behind a table. These are three interactive stations built right into the day, no table provided.
