Who We Are

Three Brands, One Voice

Cindy Ransom runs three connected brands. They share a visual identity and voice, but each has its own job. Knowing which one you are speaking for matters.

Cindy Ransom, LMFT

The founder brand and primary public identity. It leads with the Stress Zodiac™ framework and clinical, human authority. This is the face of everything.

Primary Identity

My Best Self Therapy

The private therapy practice. It leads with clinical credibility and serves clients in Florida and New York through virtual care.

Clinical Anchor

The Stress Zodiac Collective

The membership community. It leads with belonging and community, the room where the work happens together.

Community Home

Brand history: the former coaching name retired June 1, 2026. It must not appear in current material.

Who We Are Talking To

Meet Jess

Jess, 25–45

Jess is a woman who looks like she has it together. Accomplished. Self-aware. Doing all the right things from the outside. Privately, she is running on fumes.

She has already read the books and knows the language of wellness culture. She is not looking for another breathing exercise or a permission slip to rest. She wants someone to name what is actually happening and give her a real way through it.

She is intelligent, a little skeptical of wellness marketing, and has been let down by generic advice before. She will spot toxic positivity immediately and check out. Every piece of content, interaction, and event detail is for her specifically, not for a generic audience.

The Framework

The Stress Zodiac™

Cindy's original framework identifies four stress patterns. This is the language and lens behind everything, from social content to workshop tools.

Overthinking Moon

Spirals in analysis. Researches instead of deciding. Replays conversations long after they are over.

Boundaryless Sun

Gives endlessly to everyone else. Guilt-driven. Quietly abandons her own needs.

Avoidant Ascendant

Withdraws, delays, minimizes. Always the wave emoji, never an arrow.

Pressure Keeper Saturn

Performs productivity as proof of worth. Equates rest with failure.

Our Approach

The Three Pillars

The Stress Zodiac™ is a mental wellness community for high-functioning women. The goal is simple to say and hard to do alone: help a woman identify her unique stress pattern, then invite her to explore the tools that work for her, not a generic list of tools that work for everyone.

That exploration continues into three pillars, three kinds of support a woman might need once she understands what she is carrying. Every pillar is a door. None is the only door, and none is required.

Pillar One

Mental Health

Some women need a licensed professional. Therapists, LMFTs, and psychiatrists can go where a framework alone cannot.

Pillar Two

Wellness & Self-Care

Stress-support services or self-care experiences, plus practical ways to lighten the daily load and regain time, order, or capacity.

Pillar Three

Community

Some women need people: a room, a collective, a network of women doing the same work at the same time.

This is always an invitation, never a directive. The Stress Zodiac™ does not tell a woman which pillar she needs. It is a hub where all three are present and accessible, so she can discover what she is drawn to, including things she may not have known existed.

The Distinction

The test is consistent: does this help her feel better in her mind, nervous system, or daily life, or does it treat a physical condition or ask her to buy something on the spot?

What Fits

Nervous-system and stress-relief wellness, self-care experiences, practical daily-load support, licensed mental-health support, community, and connection.

What Does Not

High-pressure sales energy, anyone pitching a purchase in the room, medical or diagnostic services, or offerings that treat a body instead of supporting a woman.

In-person events are intentional spaces for women to connect, learn, and explore self-care experiences firsthand. The panel is one part of the room, not the whole room.

What We Offer

The Path, In Order

Every woman moves at her own pace. This is not a hard sequence, but it is generally how she finds her way in.

1

Take the Quiz

Free. Two minutes. It identifies her stress sign and gives her language for what she is carrying.

2

Join the Collective

The membership community on Skool. $39 per month or $397 per year. The work continues past the quiz result.

3

Attend an Event

Socials, the Stress Zodiac Retreat, or a workshop. In-person spaces built for connection and discovery.

4

Work 1:1

For women who need more than a framework and community. Virtual licensed therapy through My Best Self Therapy.

Trademark

How to Write the Name

In all external-facing material, write “The Stress Zodiac™” with the trademark symbol. This includes social captions, signage, sponsorship material, guest communications, and print. The Collective, Social, Retreat, and Podcast are extensions of one protected framework, so the ™ belongs on “The Stress Zodiac,” not the extensions.

Official Bio Descriptor

Use this exact line in signatures, footers, and short credential contexts:

LMFT specializing in stress & anxiety · Founder of The Stress Zodiac™

Voice

The Real Tone

Warm, direct, validating first, anti-shame, clinically grounded. Think: the wise friend who happens to be a therapist. Not a hype coach. Not a clinical report.

  • Validate before you reframe. Name what is happening before offering a solution.
  • Name the behavior, not just the feeling. Specific, recognizable detail beats generic emotion.
  • Speak to one person. Always “you,” never a crowd.
  • End declarative, not inspirational. A clear truth, not a motivational flourish.
